Custom Branding Terms: If you’re unhappy with your order because the product is defective or ‘not as promised’ or the imprint quality isn’t ‘spot on’ (according to final mock-up) just contact your Account Manager and we’ll rerun if it is found to be a problem on our end. We must be notified of this within 3 days upon receiving your order. If the problem or miscommunication is found to be on the purchaser side we cannot do a reprint or refund of your order. All sales are final for custom branding. We ask for approval of final graphics and print according to final mock-up.
